Every child we work with gets a plan built for them, assessed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivered one-to-one by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and reviewed as your child’s needs change. What that looks like day to day depends on where your child spends their time.
In-home ABA therapy: Therapy in the place your child already knows, working on the skills that come up in real daily routines: getting dressed, sitting down to a meal, asking for help, managing a change of plan. Skills learned where they are used tend to stay used.
School-based ABA therapy: Our team working inside the classroom alongside your child’s teachers, so that what your child is practising at home is reinforced at school rather than contradicted by it.

Center-Based ABA Therapy at Our Decatur Clinic
Our clinic at 1549 Clairmont Rd #103, Decatur, GA 30033 is open, and it changes what we can offer Georgia families. Most ABA providers in this state work in homes only. We do that too, and we also have a center, so center-based therapy is a real option rather than something you have to go looking for elsewhere.
A center gives us a setting that a living room cannot. There are other children in the building, which means social skills get practiced with actual peers: taking a turn, waiting, joining a group activity, coping when another child wants the same toy. There is a predictable structure to the space and the day, which helps some children settle into learning more quickly. And for a child preparing for preschool or returning to a classroom, a center lets us rehearse the things a classroom will ask of them, in a place that already resembles one.
Center-based sessions are delivered by registered behavior technicians under BCBA supervision, exactly as our in-home sessions are, and they run from the same individualized plan of care. Nothing about the clinical standard changes with the address.
The Decatur clinic is inside the perimeter and reachable from Decatur, Druid Hills, North Druid Hills, Brookhaven, Avondale Estates, Scottdale and much of DeKalb and Fulton. If you would like to see it before you decide anything, call us on (678) 400-5040 and we will arrange it.
One clarification worth making, because it confuses people: our corporate office at 1201 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30361 is where our administrative team works. It is not a clinic and it is not somewhere to bring your child. Decatur is the address for anything in person.

Insurance and Medicaid for ABA Therapy in Georgia
Georgia’s autism insurance mandate (often referred to as Ava’s Law) requires many state-regulated health plans to cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis.
We are in network with a range of commercial plans and we accept Georgia Medicaid, including the state’s care management organisations.
Insurance verification is the step where we confirm, directly with your insurer, whether your plan covers ABA therapy, what it requires before therapy can begin, and what your own costs are likely to be.
We do this for you rather than sending you away to do it.
Here is what actually happens. You give us your insurance information, usually over the phone on (678) 400-5040 or by email to [email protected]. Our insurance team contacts your plan and confirms the details that matter:
whether ABA is a covered benefit, whether a prior authorization is needed, whether a current autism diagnosis or referral must be on file, what deductible, copay or coinsurance applies,
and whether there are any limits on hours or settings.
We then come back to you and explain it in plain language, including anything the plan is still asking for. If an authorization is required, we prepare and submit it along with the BCBA assessment and plan of care,
and we follow up on it. We keep you posted while it is in progress, including when the honest update is that we are still waiting.
We accept Georgia Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans. What we will not do is tell you that your plan will approve therapy, or how many sessions it will authorize,
or how long the decision will take.
Those are your insurer’s decisions and any provider who promises you an outcome is guessing. What we can promise is that you will not be the one chasing it, and that you will know where it stands.

A BCBA meets your child and carries out an assessment using research-based tools, identifying where your child is strong and where they need support. That becomes an individualised Plan of Care, which we go through with you before anything is submitted to your insurer. Nothing is decided about your child without you in the room.
Yes, and for a lot of families that combination works better than either on its own. Home sessions build skills where your child lives; clinic sessions give them practice alongside other children. Your BCBA will help you weigh it up, and the balance can change as your child does.
Goals are defined at the start, data is collected in every session, and progress is reviewed with you on a regular cycle. We will not put a timeline on skill mastery, no honest provider can, but you should never be in doubt about what is being worked on or whether it is moving.
